The Settlement Class eligible to participate in this Settlement includes all persons who purchased in the United States, specific Hill’s Prescription Diet and/or Science Diet canned dog food products from September 1, 2018 to May 31, 2019. Please reference Exhibit 1 of your Notice for all products that are included as part of this Settlement.
Purchases of Hill’s cat foods, dry dog food products, treats, Ideal Balance and Healthy Advantage products in the United States, and other products produced by Hill’s that are not specifically listed on Exhibit 1 and purchases of Hill’s Products sold outside of the United States, are specifically excluded from this Settlement.
To get a payment, submit a Claim Form online or by email ([email protected]) by 11:59 CT on July 2, 2021, or by returning the Claim Form by mail postmarked on or before July 2, 2021.
OBJECT TO THE SETTLEMENT IN WRITING
Tell the Court you don’t want the Settlement to be approved and why. The objection must be received no later than June 21, 2021.
OPT OUT AND ASK TO BE EXCLUDED
Ask not to be a part of the Settlement: you will receive no money but keep the right to sue Defendants separately. The exclusion must be received no later than June 21, 2021.
DO NOTHING
Lose your claims against Defendants, but get no payment.
